what is bracketing and what settings did you manipulate on your camera, by what increments (in stops) in order to achieve it?

Bracketing refers to taking multiple photos with equal object,different exposure, such as -1, +1, 0 to get all the detail in the photo.

It's a sunny day, There was a lot of light, allowing me to lower my ISO as much as possible and speed up my shutter speed. I use ISO200, shutter speed 1/250. For the Aperture, I take f 9.5 as 0 stop, f 13 as -1 stop, f 6.8 as 1 stop.
